The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing and communication initiatives that support business growth. You’ll work closely with the regional marketing, sales and business development teams to build brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen TP’s market presence. What you’ll do
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to ensure that TP’s brand and communication in the Nordics align with both local needs and global guidelines.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
- Manage and optimize the marketing and sales funnel in collaboration with regional sales teams.
- Coordinate and deliver events and client activities across the Benelux and Nordics.
- Create impactful sales materials, RFPs, and presentations that support business growth.
- Support PR and external communications to enhance TP’s visibility and positioning in the region.
- Track, analysis, and report on marketing performance to continuously improve results.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications.
- 4+ years of experience in a broad marketing role, preferably within an international B2B environment.
- A genuine interest in collaboration and online interaction — you enjoy connecting and sharing ideas.
- An open and agile mindset, comfortable navigating change and finding creative solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), and Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus.
- Fluency in Swedish and English; proficiency in another Nordic language is an advantage.
