About the Role
As our BI Analyst, you will work in a collaborative environment where your technical expertise will help drive Teleperformance’s goals by transforming complex data into actionable business intelligence. You will work hands on with Power BI reporting and data management, playing a key role in an ongoing system migration. We’re looking for someone who thrives on problem-solving, values cross-departmental collaboration, and is passionate about developing data solutions that drive success.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Reporting & Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain insightful Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision-making for finance, HR, and operations teams.
• Data Pipeline Management: Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, overseeing the ETL process.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate business requirements into actionable data insights.
• User Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to business users on interpreting data reports and effectively utilizing BI tools.

Who You Are

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within BI.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Power Platform (including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), DAX, and SQL. Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Power Query, and Azure Data Studio is a plus.
  
• Soft Skills: You are proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating insights across teams to drive meaningful action. You’re a go-getter, and collaborating with different departments comes naturally to you.
  
• Communication Skills: You express yourself clearly and effectively in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
