Min resa på Teleperformance började hösten 2020 när jag började som kundtjänstmedarbetare i chatt, telefon och mejl på ett av våra projekt. På projektet har jag även fått coacha och hjälpa de nya medarbetarna när de ska ta sina första kontakter med kunder. Efter några år så gick jag med i vårt Engagement team där jag fått vara med att planera olika tillställningar på kontoret.
Vad är det bästa med att jobba på Teleperformance?
De bästa med att jobba på Teleperformance är kollegorna och stämningen som finns på projektet. Det som även är ett plus är utveckligsmöjligeheterna, där du både kan utvecklas som person och i din roll.
