Teleperformance is expanding and we are now looking for employees wanting to develop with us for a new client here in Chania! You will find a lot of different carrier paths when working with us, an example of that is our Nordic Trainee program – JUMP! Which gives you more information about our overhead roles. The course prepares you for the next step in your carrier and for your application when new roles are available.

About the role: 

You will be working with both incoming and outgoing phone calls where you help the customers in an effective, engaged and educative way. You help the customer with solving financial matters and the issues at hand can be both easy or advanced. You will be part of a positive and motivated team that loves giving great service and meeting the customers needs in the best way possible.

You will also be working with e-mail and therefore it is essential that you are able to express yourself verbally in both your native language (Danish or Norwegian) and in English.

About you: 

You are very interested in helping people and making their everyday life easier. To be satisfied in this role we see that you are service minded, professional and precise. You have great understanding and are flexible towards the customers needs as well as confident in providing a solution. You take responsibility and are motivated and positive towards finding solutions. We are looking for employees who are confident and ready to move and work abroad.

Your work hours will be: Monday – Friday: 09:00-18:30 and weekends 09:00-17:30.

Our start date is August 2 – Our training and systems will be in English, therefore it is needed to have advanced English skills.

We do a mandatory background check in our recruitment process on every candidate.

Interviews are ongoing and you will do both a written and spoken test in Danish or Norwegian and in English.
